How is my phone's value decided?−
Model, storage, condition and current demand. We re-check prices weekly, so a quote is held for 14 days from the day you accept it.
What happens to my personal data?+
We run a certified erase on every device we take in and issue a wipe confirmation. We also send a short guide so you can remove your account before posting.
When do I get paid?+
Same working day as the inspection, by bank transfer. Choose store credit instead and we add 10% to the value.
What if my phone is cracked?+
We still buy it. Pick 'fairly poor' and the quote reflects the repair cost — there is no penalty for being honest about damage.
