When it arrives we diagnose the fault, confirm the price, complete the repair and post it back to you — usually within 48 hours.

Repairs at My Phone Universe
Our technicians work on phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and consoles every day, using genuine-grade parts and calibrated equipment. Screen and battery jobs are usually finished while you wait; board-level work such as water damage or charging faults takes two to three days because it needs a proper strip, clean and soak test.
Every repair is covered by a 12-month warranty, and the diagnostic is free whether or not you go ahead. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.

How long does a repair take?−
Screens and batteries are usually done in 30 to 60 minutes at the counter. Board-level work such as water damage or charging faults takes two to three days because it needs a full strip, clean and soak test.
Do you use genuine parts?+
We fit genuine or genuine-grade parts depending on the device and what you choose — original screen replacements are priced separately from OLED alternatives so you can decide.
Is my data safe?+
We never browse or copy anything on your device. A passcode helps us test the repair properly, but you are welcome to withhold it and collect for testing instead.
What warranty do repairs carry?+
Twelve months on parts and labour, and a lifetime guarantee against fitting faults. Accidental damage after the repair is not covered.
